Sessions - On the Day

Dress Code: Smart/Casual for all sessions and social events with the exception of the Gala Dinner, which is Black Tie.

Edinburgh Castle, Great Hall

Please arrive at the Castle Esplanade (Map) at 6.50pm. Delegates and guests will be transported from there to the Great Hall within the Castle complex.

Scottish Parliament (Map)
The main entrance to the Scottish Parliament can be found on the East of the building immediately opposite the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

Early arrival will be essential for Saturday sessions to allow all delegates through the Parliament's security in time for the start:

Please arrive prior to 9.20am.

Following security screening, delegates will be able to enjoy tea and coffee, and have an opportunity to see the John Bellany exhibition, prior to being taken to the Debating Chamber.
Latecomers will be seated in the public gallery rather than the debating chamber itself.

As the Scottish Parliament is open to all, partners can come and go during the session, sitting in the public gallery.

National Museum of Scotland (Map)
Delegates should enter the Museum through the
Lothian Street entrance rather than the main Chambers Street entrance.

A map of both entrances can be accessed here.
